Approached by homeowners with a design in mind prepared by an out of state architect, MRA worked with the homeowners to meet challenges of the Chicago Building Code and secure permit for their dream home. With additions to the rear and a 3rd story, the new single family home features 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and home office.
