Marine Layer’s Lincoln Park location is a retail tenant build-out in one of Chicago’s most active commercial corridors. Serving as architect of record, we partnered with the design team to bring their signature laid-back California aesthetic to a new Chicago storefront — navigating City of Chicago permitting requirements to keep the project on schedule and on brand.
The result is a retail environment that feels true to the Marine Layer identity while fully compliant with local code.
